This mixing bowl, from Rosle, can be used for beating egg-whites, cream sauces, custard or mixing salad dressings. There is a grip and a thumb ring which ensure a firm hold and a pouring rim for drip-free pouring. These bowls are manufactured in one piece with uniform strength of material throughout. Please note that the stand (to prevent slippage when mixing) shown in the photograph is sold separately. The bowl has a diameter of 20cm/7.9in and a height of 12cm/4.7in. It holds up to 2.6l/2.7quarts.
